Co-develop CT Health Foundation's first monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning plan. Through an iterative and participatory process, the CT Health Foundation team will build a common understanding of the steps expected to achieve the strategic goals, meaningful indicators to monitor progress, and a learning cycle map that will identify what type of data will inform different reflection processes, such as program decision making or organizational planning.
